Job Details:

Job Summary: This position is responsible for conducting physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems, accurately documenting and calculating results. The role includes taking corrective action when necessary, alerting appropriate personnel to adjust processes, identifying, segregating, and isolating non-conforming products, and reporting results to management. Additional assignments may be requested as needed. All team members are responsible for ensuring safety, including personal safety and food safety.

Requirements: Education: (Please submit resume with application.)

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Fresh Meats industry or other QA-related experience required. Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Special Skills:
  • Proficiency in completing Tyson paperwork.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce.
  • Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.
  • Good math and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret product specifications.
  • Ability to function well under stress.
  • Flexibility to work where and when needed. Physical Requirements:
  • The position involves heavy lifting of 70 lbs. or more. Supervisory Responsibilities:
