Job Title: Hospice On Call Registered Nurse

Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice On Call RN sought for 10 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 7 days on/7 days off. The On Call times will be Friday 5pm - Monday 8am, and Monday - Thursday 5pm - 8am. The area of coverage is Plover program in Central WI.

Minimum Requirements:

• WI or Compact RN license
• Hospice experience
• HCHB and PointCare experience required
• BLS
