Our Human Resources Business Partner offers HR consultation and support to designated client groups at the University, transforming strategies into impactful actions. Leveraging an understanding of various HR functions, they provide both operational and tactical support to their assigned areas. They also regularly liaise with other HR functions; including Employment, Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Relations, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive HR services. This position is a Grade: 9-40 with an approximate salary range of $54,390-$66,190 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualificationsLehigh University offers a comprehensive and family friendly benefits package which includes but is not limited to Health Care, Retirement and Educational benefits. 1. Consulting
*Work with area administrators to determine needs, goals, strategies and challenges2. Operational and Strategic Support
*Work closely with Talent Acquisition to build talent strategies, processes and communication around hiring, onboarding and offboarding3. Liaising
*Facilitate a close working relationship between HR and assigned area4. Compile, analyze, and report on data
*Use a variety of software products and digital tools to make data driven decisions*Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
*Three to five years of related work experience
*SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or PHR or SPHR credential is preferred
*Experience in an College/University setting is preferred
*Combinations of education, certifications, skills, and the preferred experience will be considered
