What to Expect

The HR Planning and Reporting Associate is responsible for responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR business decisions. Key related duties include dashboard reporting, monitoring HR KPIs, managing annual HR budgeting process, and various ad-hoc reporting.

What You Will Do

1. HR Reporting:

• Responsible for the creation and distribution of HR reports and metrics to key business stakeholders and HR leadership team.

• Leverage reporting tools such as OBIEE and Tableau to help streamline distribution and help with analysis.

• Leverage data insights to help drive data driven decision making for HR leadership.

2. HR Dashboards & Metrics:

• Responsible for maintenance and distribution of key HR dashboards related to HR KPIs distributed to HR and Business leaders to provide insights and help drive decision making.

• Duties include data integrity, aggregation of data from key stakeholders, and consolidation of various metrics.

3. HR OPEX Management:

• Responsible for managing the annual HR budget for non-labor operating expense.

• Acts as liaison between HR leadership and Corporate Planning during budgeting process.

• Provides regular reporting and insights to help monitor spend and trends.

• Guides HR team on proper expense management processes and budget monitoring.

• Supports HR in various monthly accrual processes.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• 2-4 years of experience working with data reporting and financial principles preferred

• Experience and knowledge of HR practices and principles

• Experience with design, building and maintenance of managerial reporting, performance monitoring and control systems

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to explain complex systems and data succinctly

• Knowledge of typical finance industry concepts and metrics are a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
