This role involves managing and processing user access to IT applications and resources within a remote-work setting. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Identity & Access Agent:
- Facilitate the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program policies and procedures - Manage user access to systems, applications, and data - Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements - Perform risk assessments and reviews - Investigate incidents and escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data - Document processes and procedures - This is a contract position through 6/30/2025
Required Skills for Identity & Access Agent:
- Experience in user account provisioning and management - Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure administration - Familiarity with ticketing systems - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience - Preference given to candidates with experience in information security program design and implementation, information security risk analysis and mitigation, or information security policy, standards, and procedures creation and implementation - Preference given to candidates with relevant Security or Identity industry certifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven problem-solving skills - Team-oriented individual
