Description: Our client is currently seeking a Information Security Analyst 3 to provide additional expertise in the Risk and Compliance space in their Enterprise Security Organization.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity control execution, monitoring, and support for enterprise risk management, leveraging over 4 years of experience in Information Security/Cyber Security.
• Assist with audits by gathering, transforming, and analyzing data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including X-lookups, V-lookups, and pivot tables, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Regularly apply knowledge of cybersecurity policies and industry frameworks to assess risks and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Analyze governance, compliance, and risk management practices to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Collaborate with various teams in a matrixed environment, building strong business partnerships and effectively influencing decisions across the organization.
• Provide solutions to cybersecurity issues through problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Communicate complex information security concepts clearly and concisely to a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Regularly use advanced Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and documentation supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, especially when working on data analysis and audits, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work.
• Support risk management efforts by analyzing audit findings, addressing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• That Have The Following: 4+ Years In Information Security/cyber Security Analyst Experience Within Control Execution, Good Communication, And Strong Microsoft Excel Experience (Helping With Audits, Transform Data, X-loop Ups, V-look Ups).
• Cybersecurity Policy and Industry Framework Knowledge
• 2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of advanced Excel data analysis using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and strong attention to detail in recognition that this is a heavily audited enterprise risk management control.
• Prior audit or risk management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing governance, policy, compliance, and risk management practices
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
