As a Manufacture Sales Representative, you will contribute to our mission of providing cellulose insulation to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, closing deals, product demonstrations, technical expertise, market analysis, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation - identify and contact potential sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Close Deals - work with management to negotiate and close deals with customers
  • Product Demonstrations - Demonstrate our products to potential new customers as necessary, and at events in support of existing customers
  • Technical Expertise - Be a technical resource for existing customers
  • Market Analysis - Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
  • Relationship Building - Build relationships with existing and new customers to promote loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.
Role Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the insulation or construction industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and energy efficiency principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions to them
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 50-70%

Salary: $75,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus
