Jr. .NET/C# Developer

Description:
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications with guidance from senior developers, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve processes, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with the team to create project specifications, requirements, and estimates, ensuring timely and within-scope completion.
• Work with production operations to ensure smooth deployments and provide customer support.
• Support the development of coding standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience/training.
• 2 years of development experience.
• 1 year of experience in web applications or services.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and best practices.
• Development skills in Python, .NET/C#, XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, GIT, JQuery, Angular, SOAP/REST, and other web technologies.
• Experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft TFS or GitHub.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL Server, Oracle).
• Excellent prioritization, time management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of TDD, automated testing, and diagnostic tools (SOAPUI, Fiddler, IE Inspector, HTTP Analyzer, Dynatrace).
