This is an onsite position in Monroe, WI.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Accounting Clerk, you'll work collaboratively with our vendors and Colony Brands' catalog companies to process invoices for inventory and expense items. In this role, you will receive and verify incoming information using a three way match process for inventory and obtaining approvals for expense invoices. You'll also be responsible for:
•Verifying accuracy of information coming from vendor invoices
•Reviewing and verifying proper paperwork for approval for pricing and quantities
•Keying voucher information used to generate a check when each invoice is deemed accurate/approved.
•Investigating and following-up on any missing information

Qualifications

We need a cross-functional player with professional level communication skills, who thrives on decision making and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will possess above average organization skills and be able to perform work neatly and accurately. In addition, we are looking for someone who possesses:
•An Associate's degree in Accounting and/or 1+ years of similar work or work considered preparatory to the position
•The ability to operate a ten key calculator proficiently
•Good working knowledge of operating a PC utilizing MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Above average problem solving skills
•We value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in-person. This is an onsite role that will require you to work in Monroe, WI Monday through Friday each week.
