Life Service Specialist

We are working with a client in the Waco area that is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team member. The ideal candidate will be a critical and creative thinker, with the ability to produce quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm in office

Responsibilities:

• High volume contact to insureds and medical offices to gather information via phone, email, text or mail.
• Communicate in a way that makes the customer feel comfortable when discussing sensitive information
• Prepare, review, and enter data related to document mailings.
• Order, follow-up and review of medical records.
• Audit documents and data for specific requirements.
• Multiple data point entry in proprietary software.
• People tracking and website searches.
• Recurring reporting to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years previous work experience in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in Life Insurance or Life Settlement Industry preferred.
• Must have a dedicated workspace at home
