As a Lifecycle Manager, you will maximize business potential through creating, implementing, and managing strategic OEM and aftermarket business development initiatives for Electric Rope Shovel and Dragline products. We're looking for a detail-oriented visionary who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact.

What you will do:

Monitoring and managing all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.

Directing staff and functions for developing new markets, new channels and new lines of business; taking effective measures to control operation cost.

Monitoring market share, revenue, cost and inventory. Monitors and communicates factors that will positively impact profitability.

Directs aftermarket new product introduction strategy and deliverables.

Work with dealers and customers around the world to support proper planning and stocking of parts.

Planning and review of the proper stock levels based on market signals and machine life cycle.

Define the service level of replacement parts to the marketplace.

Primary contact to expedite parts in emergency situations.

Manage part interpreting team for proper part identification for older machines.

Manage dealer dependencies to enable dealers to expand market share.

What skills you will have:

Service Excellence: Extensive experience in mining or heavy construction equipment maintenance and equipment lifecycle management. Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Top Candidates will also have:

BS in Engineering, Mining, or equivalent degrees.

Knowledge of Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base.

Additional Information:

The primary location for this position is Tucson, AZ.

Domestic relocation assistance is available.

This position may require 10 % travel.
