Overview:
Our client is looking for an Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation. They seek a motivated individual with 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
* Handle personal injury litigation cases, with an emphasis on commercial litigation experience.
* Collaborate with partners, mentors, and support staff to manage cases effectively.
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and motions.
* Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.
* Maintain a client-focused approach and ensure high-quality legal representation.
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from an ABA Accredited Law School.
* Admitted to the Colorado Bar and in good standing.
* 2+ years of solid experience in law firms, with a focus on litigation.
* Preferably in insurance-related litigation such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims.
* Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong research, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
* Proficiency in using technology for legal research and case management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Keen attention to detail and strong writing skills.
Benefits:
* Salary: $80,000 - $165,000 (Depending on experience)
* Bonuses: Discretionary bonuses with a tiered structure
