Litigation Legal Secretary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced legal secretary with insurance defense experience for a temp to perm role with our client, a Houston law firm.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of defense litigation experience in a law firm and advanced knowledge of the litigation process, including electronic filings for state and federal courts. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems (DMS), preferably iManage, is essential.

This firm is 100% on-site for the first few months and then will offer a hybrid work schedule option.
