Adams & Martin Group is seeking a talented individual with a solid foundation in litigation drafting, litigation document review, and litigaaiton case management for an exciting opportunity to join our legal team. This role provides exposure to diverse litigation matters and the chance to play a pivotal role in the firm's litigation success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attorneys throughout litigation phases, from drafting legal documents to trial preparation
- Maintain meticulous organization of case files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of document filings
- Liaise with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather pertinent case information
- Conduct thorough document reviews and contribute to contract analysis
- Ensure precision and completeness through proofreading legal documents
- Uphold confidentiality standards for sensitive information

Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated proficiency in a Litigation Paralegal capacity
- Sound grasp of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Competence in utilizing legal case management software
- Strong organizational aptitude, adept at prioritizing tasks
- Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
- Familiarity with various legal domains, including contract law
