Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to facilitate daily interactions with internal and external customers. This role involves maintaining service and sales order reports, processing staged orders, and coordinating with warehouses, freight carriers, and other necessary contacts to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

This is a Planner Role seeking past supply chain experience.

Candidates MUST provide skills in Excel, basic functions such as vlookups.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service consistently in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Order Management: Manage service and sales orders to ensure same-day shipping when stock is available in local warehouses.
• Logistics Coordination: Prioritize logistics needs and communicate effectively with warehouse operations and the logistics team to meet delivery requirements.
• Process Adherence: Follow established processes and procedures to ensure compliance with operating standards and service level agreements.
• Effective Communication: Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while communicating with various individuals and groups.

Experience:

• In-depth understanding of customer service, supply chain, logistics, and transportation service requirements.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with logistics, ERP, and warehouse-related software.
