Job Summary:
Provides leadership and direction for the Administrative Supervisors within the Community Hospital Division. Manages and coordinates patient placement. Maintains efficient and effective nursing administration support in meeting nursing resource needs. Responsible and accountable for all aspects of hospital operations in the absence of executive, administrative and departmental leadership. Contributes to the quality initiatives and maintains the daily operations related to staffing and patient flow for the division in accordance with the standards of care and all regulatory requirements.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in which supervisory and leadership competence has been demonstrated is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required upon hire.
