Position Overview:
This position is responsible for driving and overseeing the sales strategy, execution, and growth within the correspondent lending channel. The incumbent manages a team of sales professionals responsible for building and nurturing relationships with correspondent lending partners and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote), and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
