Job title: Manager, Project Management
Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AK 72712
Duties: Develops and maintains relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders by educating sponsors and stakeholders on product and program requirements and documentation; collaborating with stakeholders to assess costs and establish the return on investment; securing management approval for resource allocations; creating a communication plan which determines communication level, frequency, detail and distribution of status updates; and minimizing the impact of changes. Manages initiatives and projects at the project level by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives; and communicating and adhering to project management standards and practices. Manages multiple medium-scale projects or multiple work streams by collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions; following project methodology; aligning multiple project requirements; finding solutions to project issues; ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule in order to achieve project goals; monitoring budgets and costs for projects; identifying and communicating status and adjustments to project milestones and transitions between project phases; identifying changes and escalating them to supervisors; and executing system changes. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field plus 2 years or experience in project management, business, operations or related experience OR Master's degree or the equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Skills required: Must have experience with: Designing and helping implementing webservices for successful data flow from source to destination; Designing and implementing the secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) process to support smooth flow of products from source to destination with zero compliance errors; Designing and implementing stored procedures in SQL Management Studio to run backend jobs for the extraction of data from sources; Loading data into the export compliance management application tables; Project Management, Risk Management and Conflict Management to drive the project to the success; Testing and analyzing the required test data for the team to execute end to end test scenarios as per business needs; Building business processes and service reliability features that meet business objectives and ensuring uninterrupted operations to fulfill end customers demands and business needs; Project scoping to fix the size, goals, and limitations for ongoing budgets, defining what teams can achieve within a certain timeframe and budget; Creating and finalizing statements of work and Project plans; DataStage, Microsoft Azure and Big Query platform for technical troubleshooting of applications related to managing business processes; Implementing the best practices across the project for production support which helps in good ROI for the project; Creating and managing business insights with backend interface in SQL Management studio; and Implementing Agile requirement analysis for projects within the team.
