The Manager of Supply Chain Solutions team manages, oversees and guides a team of Supply Chain Program Managers leading strategic Supply Chain transformations to support Meta global infrastructure enablement for multi-billion users scale. With the responsibility of performance, career development, growth and recruiting, the leader is responsible for leading his team to define, shape, and align all business and technical stakeholders around Supply Chain processes, systems, and architecture, as well as leading the change management.

Manager, Supply Chain Solutions Responsibilities:

  • Manage, oversee, and guide the Program Management team resources (full time employees, consultants, and contractors) with the responsibility of performance, career development, growth and recruiting.
  • Own and manage all aspects of a transformation roadmap across the Supply Chain functions. This includes defining and building the E2E Supply Chain solution architecture and roadmap, influencing and aligning the different business stakeholders, IT team and related external partners.
  • Work with IT, business stakeholders and external partners (suppliers, vendors, consultants), to implement solutions that enable the Meta infrastructure Supply Chain vision.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and establish a partnership to represent programs and transformation across the organization and partners.
  • Establish, reinforce and operate robust and appropriate Program Management practices to ensure quality delivery of solution, on time, and guaranty the realization of the business objectives and benefits (baseline & measure): Scope, timeline and project plan management - Resources models and estimates - Documentation management - Projects reporting, metrics and communication - Change management and leadership reviews.
  • Some domestic and international travel is required.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience operating in a Supply Chain transformation environment.
  • Comprehensive E2E Supply Chain business processes knowledge (Plan, Source, Make/Deliver, Deploy) and related support functions (Master Data Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering and Quality) in a high-tech environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in operating in a Managing Supply Chain transformations.
  • Knowledge and experience working with IT across the Supply Chain functions, to include different technical environments such as multiple out of the shelf technologies and custom build.
  • Experience leading cross-functional mission critical systems infrastructure and programs.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct people management.
  • Problem solving and communication experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • 10+ years experience in managing and developing teams.

$177,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
