• Pay rate is $28.53 or higher per hour depending on experience.
• 2nd Shift $0.25 per hour.
• 3rd Shift $0.30 per hour

What you'll do:

• Assist with installing, launching, and qualifying our can-making machines.
• Troubleshot, maintained, repaired, and modified all mechanical systems.
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

What you need to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient mechanic knowledge.
• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
