Our client, an association management firm, is looking for a temporary-to-hire Member Associate to join their team in Washington, DC!

About The Job:

• Respond to member inquiries by email/phone, handle membership outreach, and cold call new members.
• Support all organization memberships and manage the membership database.
• Develop and maintain a filing system both hardcopy and electronic.
• Troubleshoot for websites and other areas. Escalate as necessary.
• Other tasks and special projects as assigned.

About You:

• 2+ years of office experience required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; An associates degree is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to travel 3-4 times per year.
• Collaborative with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

About the Position:

• $25/hr-$27/hr while temporary
• $55k-$60k when permanent
• Hybrid with 2-3 days/week on-site.
• Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
