Immediate opening for a Principal /Project Manager/ Director to lead OHM Advisors' Toledo office.
OHM has been working in the northwest Ohio market for several years and has now established a physical office presence in downtown Toledo.

What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors
As Principal/Project Manager/Director, leading the Toledo office:
OHM is a matrix organization consisting of geographic (office) and discipline (department) leaders working collaboratively across the company to support our mission of Advancing Communities. The leader of the Toledo office is a geographic role, collaborating daily with discipline leaders and statewide leaders in Ohio to accomplish the following:
Personnel Management: You will lead our local efforts to identify, recruit, and retain top talent in the market. The goal is to build a local, multi-disciplinary team to serve the needs of our clients and provide growth opportunities for our staff.
Group Financial Management: You will be responsible for the financial metrics and success of the local office by working collaboratively with discipline leaders and statewide leaders to properly staff and deliver work on time and budget for our clients.
Geographic Growth: You will work with Principals, Practice Leaders, Market Leader, and the Business Development Team to leverage local opportunities to win work with local clients.
As the Leader of the Toledo office, you will lead by example, inspire the team, cultivate a great OHM culture, and enjoy building a team to compete and win in the Toledo market.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience leading successful teams, inspiring staff, growing sales, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Professional Registration (Architecture/ Professional Engineer)
- Proficient with software/tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), PSMJ, or equivalent earned value tracking, ERP systems, etc.
- Proficiency in managing projects and a group of staff including understanding project finance (margin, net fees, net fee multiplier, A/R, WIP, days outstanding).
- Ability to become familiar with, learn and understand staff operations finance and management (utilization, net fee multiplier, revenue factor) and client finance management (margin, net fees, net fee multiplier, A/R, WIP, days outstanding), etc.
- Presentation skills with proven ability to manage people, clients, and projects.
- Local travel to project locations and client offices. Occasional travel to other OHM Advisors offices.
