Our Operations organization's goal is simple: to ensure that patients worldwide are supplied with cost-effective, life-changing medicines. Operations is the crucial link between our Research and Development lab and the pharmacy shelf. We operate in over 100 countries, and our medicines are used around the globe.

About the Program

Our two-year rotational program prepares you for accelerated entry into an impactful role, shaping your future as an Operations leader. Since its launch in 2009, over 250 graduates have completed our program, and gone on to exciting careers.

Starting in September 2025, the program consists of (3) eight-month placements, each offering valuable insights into our business and the opportunity to shape its strategic direction. You'll engage in a technically focused rotation, a placement at one of our manufacturing facilities, and a potential international assignment. Our placements are designed to give you hands-on experience across functions and build a strong foundation for rapid learning and growth. In our global and regional functions, you could develop your knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, External Sourcing & Global Quality. Our corporate functions will hone and develop your skills and experience across Procurement, Information Technology, and Engineering.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree awarded in 2024 or due to be awarded in 2025 in engineering, supply chain management, manufacturing technology, biological/physical sciences, or a related field (0 years of experience required).
  • Available to start full-time work from September 2025 (we do not offer alternative start dates).
  • Geographical mobility, and willingness to live and work in different locations across the US, with potential global assignments.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Requirements
  • Previous internship or co-op (industry, academic or non-profit)
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through active involvement in clubs, civic, organizations, teams, or other activities.

We offer a competitive salary, including a base and performance-based bonus, along with a generous paid time off program and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and 401K). The program offers relocation support, allowing you to rotate through locations.

What's Next?

Applicants are required to complete a multiple-choice online assessment, which will be sent within 2 weeks of applying. You will have 5 days to complete it.

Successful candidates will advance through two additional stages, which may include a one-way video interview and a virtual panel interview. Please note that the panel interview is approximately 6 hours long (with breaks), and full attendance is required.
