ABOUT THE JOB

The Organizational Development Specialist collaborates closely with Organizational Development leaders to support initiatives that enhance the teammate experience. This role focuses on processes, tools, and initiatives that contribute to a positive and fulfilling workplace, including culture programs, performance management, teammate engagement, and professional, team, and leadership development. By working with Organizational Development leaders, the Specialist ensures that the organization's initiatives effectively support our teammates' growth, engagement, and satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Collaborate with Organizational Development leaders to design and deliver value-added initiatives that support the teammate experience.
  • Develop and deliver workshops, trainings, and sessions on topics related to organizational development.
  • Create on-demand content, materials, support documentation, facilitator guides, and blended learning approaches.
  • Support the performance management process and best practices.
  • Support data collection and analysis of teammate engagement, performance, and organizational culture data.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Support leadership development programs through assessments, program facilitation, and coaching.
  • Support ongoing coaching and mentoring programs and initiatives for teammates.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to enhance collaboration and communication.
  • Support culture initiatives, including recognition programs.
  • Support change management efforts, including communication, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Provide 1:1 professional development coaching and support.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in organizational behavior, education, or related field. 5 years' experience in organizational development with proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning and development programs or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified in strengths-based assessment tools and methodologies preferred.
  • Experience with performance management and professional, team, and leadership development.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies for virtual and classroom settings
  • Demonstrated success in training and development program management, including managing complex projects involving numerous stakeholders and timelines
  • Applies creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative approaches and solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills while managing multiple competing projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally and across hierarchy levels
  • Passion for building a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Change management experience.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
