Part Time Bookkeeper
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper to manage various accounting and financial tasks within a dynamic environment. This role involves supporting daily financial operations, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting and month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including vendor communication and payment processing.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory and expenses.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with financial forecasting and reporting preparation.
- Manage and reconcile company expenses and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) preferred.
- Prior experience in finance or accounting is beneficial.
