Part Time Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper to manage various accounting and financial tasks within a dynamic environment. This role involves supporting daily financial operations, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting and month-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including vendor communication and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
• Maintain accurate records for inventory and expenses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with financial forecasting and reporting preparation.
• Manage and reconcile company expenses and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) preferred.
• Prior experience in finance or accounting is beneficial.
