Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Patient Relations, the Patient Relations Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the Grievance Process. Serves as a contact source for patients, family and significant others when specific concerns or complaints arise. The Patient Relations Coordinator provides leadership to the multidisciplinary team of healthcare workers to bring acknowledgement and resolution to the complaints and or grievances during and after patient discharge or visit to the inpatient hospital or Froedtert Clinics. The Patient Relations Coordinator oversees and assures the Midas grievance documentation process. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of inpatient or outpatient clinical experience is required.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor's degree in Health Care or a related field is required.
