Payroll Accountant

Our client is looking to hire a Payroll Accountant. This role would be a good opportunity for someone looking to join a globally recognized biotech company. The role is hybrid and offers a ton of growth.

Responsibilites:

• Perform payroll processes including journal entires and account reconiliations
• Ensure payroll is distributed in a timely manner
• Ensure state regulations are completed
• Participate in internal and external audit reviews as needed
• Assist in public accounting reporting

Qualifications:

• BA or BS required
• 4+ years of accounting operations experience preferrably in a publicly traded or public accounting firm
• CPA or CPP a plus
• Strong SAP knowledge and ADP a plus
