Payroll Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented payroll specialist to join our clients team in Portland! The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, have strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role paying up to $32/hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile monthly benefit invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage prevailing wage compliance
- Update and maintain all employee data in ADP, including wages, benefits, time and attendance, and garnishments.
- Provide various HR and payroll support functions, including administrative and clerical tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll processing
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliations and data management
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
