Salary: $255,000.00 USD Annually - $305,000.00 USD Annually

Role Description:

As a Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the clinic. You will lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care and driving operational excellence. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership skills to positively impact the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
• Lead and guide our clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and manage clinic budgets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
