Description: Our client is currently seeking a Plant Biologist
We are seeking a skilled and driven Biologist with hands-on experience working with plants in controlled environments (greenhouse or growth chambers)
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- • Sample plant materials for laboratory assays
- • Assist on experimental design, data analysis, interpret experimental data and present findings effectively
- • Grow, care and phenotype crops in a controlled environment in daily basis
- • Conduct plant pollination for hybrid seed production following established Standard Operating
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Biology, Horticulture, or a related field
- • Proven experience with plant research in controlled settings, including hybrid seed production
- • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- • Motivation to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results
- • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic statistical analysis
