Plant Superintendent (Seacoast NH)

What you will do:
- Coach, lead and develop your team to success.
- Communicate and collaborate with other Plant Superintendents along with senior leaders to strategically grow the business.
- Oversee all aspects of the Plant including, batching trucks, inventory management, plant inspections, maintenance, and safety training.
- Play a "concrete" role in building our surrounding neighborhoods throughout New Hampshire and Southern Maine!
