PowerBI & Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance PowerBI Reporting for NASP
• Skilled in systems integration, data mining, data structures, and building reports to support business objectives.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels of the NASP organization.
• Knowledgeable in SQL, MS Access, and structuring data to maximize data analytics.
• Be a mentor to others within the organization
• Deliver projects on time, within budget & free of issues in the Production system.
• Testing new functionality & documenting results.
• Assist with resolving incidents which come in from the business each day through Service Now

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or other field with pertinent experience
• 10-15 years' experience
• Ability to analyze complex problems & develop creative solutions.
• A key team member who contributes to the team providing ideas & suggestions.
• Self-starter, team-player who works collaboratively with others
• Strong detail-orientation, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills in responding to both internal and external customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment high volume environment; adapt to change and learn new skills quickly
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel intermediate to advance, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
