Our client is seeking a dedicated individual for a remote Procurement Process Role. This position is integral to the day-to-day operations of our client's procurement ERP systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and our external transactional Procurement Service Provider to address process questions and resolve escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and education to various stakeholders as needed
- Track issues/process improvement opportunities through to resolution
- Identify areas of improvement
- Maintain accurate master data and understand its impact on the buying process
- Complete day-to-day tasks with minimal direction
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct and indirect procurement end-to-end process knowledge and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of working knowledge of SAP (ECC, DMR), SRM & VIM
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Problem-solving analytical skills and critical thinking with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in procurement ERPs such as MS Dynamics, BPCS, PeopleSoft, Oracle
- Experience with eCommerce tools such as EDI, Corcentric
- Experience using Case Management solutions (PowerApps)
- Spoken and written knowledge of other languages
Education Requirement:
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
