Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Production Operator to join a growing team in Aliso Viejo, CA.

This role requires reliable transportation as for the first 5 months there will be training in Monrovia, CA on a weekly basis.

Pay: $19 per hour to start, room for advancement within the first 5 months

Schedule: M- F, 5am- 1:30pm

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong hand/ eye coordination will be working hands on measuring product & cutting product with machine
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds over your head to load and operate machine
• Ability to follow GDP ( good documentation practices)

Responsibilities:

• Master and implement basic production functions
• Accurately complete production documentation
• Meet quality and productivity targets consistently
• Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations
• Work well in a team environment
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Operate production equipment
• Document production information per SOPs
• Perform other duties as assigned
