Summary of Duties:

As the program coordinator for Student Services in the College of Education, you will provide information and assistance to students and public regarding certification and general program inquiries. You will provide program support in the completion of background clearances required for placement/employment in Washington public schools. You will also maintain statistical records of program applicants and degree/certificate completers for all campuses.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.

  • Two years of experience working with and reviewing student records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven organizational skills in a diverse environment.

Monthly Salary:

$3,477 to $4,632 | Range 40 (Steps A - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.

Background Check:
