Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:JOB SUMMARY:The Program Coordinator I play a vital role in driving project success and providing high-level executive administrative support. This position is crucial in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and that senior management is supported with precise and proactive assistance. The coordinator will regularly prepare and present updates to management, assist in work-plan development, and track progress to ensure innovation and transformation goals are met.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate multiple projects, and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.

Hiring Range:$55,038.89 - $70,174.59
Education:Some college or Associate Degree (A.A.) and/or vocational or technical school and/or specialized training or certification. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Licensing/Certification:Valid Texas Driver's License preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of:
Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience.
