Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager:

- Lead and manage large, interconnected programs, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines
- Mitigate project risks and navigate through potential roadblocks and delays
- Champion service excellence and maturity, implementing initiatives to strengthen service quality
- Track and report on project and program progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders

Required Skills for Program Manager:

- 5 years of Program Management experience in the Technology or Professional Service field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in leading large, interconnected programs
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with senior leaders
- PMP Certification is a plus
