Purpose and Scope:

Sargent is currently seeking an individual who is interested in developing their career path into project management utilizing Sargent's project management methodology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, charters, and other project management related materials.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure adherence to contract requirements and resolve project related issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the project team to adhere to schedule and budget.
  • Works with all functional departments to communicate project priorities and manage conflicts with other project needs.
  • Develop and submit proposals and quotes for new projects and scope change.
  • Assist in developing project update materials for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements- Required Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Associate's degree or higher, and 3 years' experience related to the roles and responsibilities above, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or engineering management from an accredited university, plus one-year project management experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 5 years of related job experience
  • Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a single, cross-functional project simultaneously and shift priorities as needed to support business needs and critical deadlines.
