About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead complex initiatives within our Traded Finance and Global Receivables team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial industry, particularly in the areas of trade finance and global receivables.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of trade finance and global receivables processes and systems
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in working with GE Capital or similar financial institutions
• Experience with Surecomp, Complex, or Finastra/Misys systems
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
