Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for one of our larger companies in El Cajon. This position is assigned to project sites in the San Diego County area. The Project Coordinator position will manage all of the job site administrative functions and work closely with the Project Managers and other field staff.Salary $28.00 - $30.00 per hourMonday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmOnsite- will need to travel to various worksites DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The job duties include handling incoming mail distribution, package shipments, phones, and managing the flow of documents, records, files, reports, and other information to and from a particular project site as well as the other projects as required. At times, the specific daily tasks may vary by project type.QUALIFICATION2+years Project Coordinator experience in Construction or HVACShould have basic knowledge of Safety, Purchasing & Subcontracts, Project Start-up & Close-outsContracts, Submittals, Pre-Planning, Scheduling, Project Evaluation, Project Changes, Operating Procedures. Federal Project Labor Compliance Tracking system also known as (LCP Tracker).Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Strong customer service skills with the clients and subcontractors.Should be able to multitask, and prioritize work dutiesMust be able to work with minimal supervision.Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Must have organizational skills in handling & archiving technical data.Must comply with all operating policies, procedures, plans, and programsCOMPUTER SKILLSProficient in MS Office 365, Internet, MS Teams, Blue Beam, Key Styles, Viewpoint/Vista preferred.
