RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a local Salt Lake City, UT client that is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.Overview:As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate various enterprise-wide projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting all customer expectations. You will establish and implement project management processes and methodologies, assembling project plans, assigning tasks, and managing team performance daily. Your responsibilities include identifying resource needs, conducting quality reviews, assessing and mitigating risks, and escalating issues related to quality and timelines as needed. You will track project costs, key milestones, and adjust plans or resources to align with customer needs. Effective communication with all enterprise areas impacted by the project scope, budget, risks, and resources is essential. Additionally, the Project Manager will design, implement, evaluate, and audit project management processes and templates. In this role, you may collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Other duties may be assigned as needed.REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, processes, application, etc. or other directly related experience preferred
- Preferred web or marketing experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
