RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Compliance Analyst in Newark, DE.Summary:Our team focuses on Compliance, Conduct & Operational Risk (CCOR) Quality Assurance Monitoring and Testing (M&T), overseeing a robust global monitoring and testing program across diverse business lines. As a key member, you will contribute to enhancing controls through data-driven strategies and executing monitoring and testing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include conducting Quality Assurance tests aligned with firm standards, developing comprehensive test plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to support departmental projects and the Annual Monitoring and Testing Plan.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to the Monitoring and Testing Program's execution standards and procedures
  • Develop and implement detailed test plans
  • Collaborate with Monitoring & Testing, Operational Risk, and Compliance managers and business stakeholders
  • Support global monitoring and testing assignments, coordinating with international testing partners
  • Conduct ongoing Quality Assurance reviews of compliance functions to uphold control standards
  • Evaluate data integrity, conclusion validity, and underlying assumptions
  • Uphold firmwide quality standards and report key findings to stakeholders


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit within financial services
  • Strong grasp of internal control concepts and risk evaluation, with a focus on identifying execution risks
  • Familiarity with Operational Risk Management or similar fields, demonstrating a capability to assess and challenge business controls
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to influence outcomes and collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in analytical thinking, attention to detail, control design, and root cause analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of establishing credibility and fostering robust partnerships with senior business leaders
  • Ability to conduct end-to-end process reviews, analyze risks, and apply regulatory knowledge to identify operational gaps

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
