Ultimate Staffing is looking for Receptionist candidates who are willing to fill in on a temporary basis for holiday coverage through the end of the year. Ideally, candidates are open to part-time where they are just going in 2 or 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer phones, route calls and inquiries appropriately
- Maintain positive and professional communication with internal and external parties
- Assist with finding out information or answering questions
- Additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative position for a corporation, experience in a front desk administrative position is preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay will be about $19-20/hr depending on experience
- Part-time - we're looking for candidates who are available to work just 2 or 3 days per week
- Schedule will be confirmed during the interview process
