Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to complete high-level administrative tasks that ensure the success of the contract the Center for Mental Health has with Philadelphia's Department of Behavioral Health to evaluate behavioral health service delivery and outcomes. The person in this position will serve as a liaison among the CMH contract director, the faculty that leads each evaluation project, project staff who conduct the program evaluations, and staff from the Department of Behavioral Health. The person in this position will manage between 10 and 15 concurrent projects that are part of this contract, and support the project leads and staff to enhance progress across projects, increasing productivity, and ensuring timely delivery of the project deliverables.
This person will be responsible for writing reports and communicating results to community partners and our funder. Communication with agencies will include working to obtain data, communicating about validity of data elements, and presenting results. This person will manage all human subject research institutional review board (IRB) applications and data license agreements (DLA) by drafting and submitting documents such as IRB protocols, letters of support on behalf of state and city commissioners, executive summaries, lists of variables to be licensed, and be the primary point of contact for the IRBs and the data license agreements. This person also will organize and maintain all IRB and DLA documents. This person will recruit and supervise student workers. Lastly, the person will conduct database searches, create annotated bibliographies, create figures and graphs for lay audience, and draft sections of policy briefs, infographics, and manuscripts for publications.
Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
