Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Manager
This is onsite in Warminster, PA - MUST be local

POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain, grow, and diversify the business while achieving maximum profits. Perform key account management to establish partnerships with major customers and suppliers. Maximize market penetration in accordance with group objectives.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1) Understands the market and analyzes the business model, including internal resources and processes to initiate further profitable growth.

2) Develops sales strategies and originate new customers and suppliers to enhance turnover and performance, ensuring profitable growth.

3) Manages existing customer and supplier bases with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction and turnover.

4) Works jointly with the Corporation's Managing Director for all strategic business development, profit and loss analysis, budget planning, team leadership, and efforts to leverage synergies with the Corporation's affiliates.,

5) Creates new sales by traveling to current customer base and prospects in the company's territory. Expectation is to travel 2 days a week with salespeople in the marketplace. Overnight travel is minimal.

6) Oversees and manages existing sales force in terms of goals, expectations and reports on a monthly basis.

7) Establishes weekly formats for sales meetings to discuss accounts, products, goals, call reports and customers.

8) Works with company sourcing personnel for establishment of new suppliers to explain company's product offering the marketplace,

8) Performs the duties of the position according to documented Procedures and Work Instructions.

9) Performs other tasks as required.

10) Does not accept non-conforming work from internal suppliers.

11) Reviews and approves various departmental operating procedure documentation.
