Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations for the sales team by managing key administrative functions and responding to customer needs. You will be responsible for setting up new accounts in the ERP system, running credit checks, and reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role involves answering sales support calls and emails, assisting with writing sales proposals, and providing timely responses to customer inquiries when the customer service team is unavailable. Acting as a triage point for sales-related queries, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage customer accounts in the ERP system.
• Perform credit checks and ensure contracts are reviewed and processed.
• Provide responsive sales support through calls and emails.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing sales proposals.
• Triage customer inquiries and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely responses.
• Answer customer order calls when the customer service team is busy.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
