Baer is looking SAP Trainer - EAM/FSM/SAM for a 6+ month remote project.

Title: SAP Trainer - EAM/FSM/SAM
Location: Remote (Must be in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: C2C

Description:

• Identify, prepare, and build end-user training data within the SAP EAM, FSM, and/or SAM environments.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation for data displayed or used by training participants, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Develop detailed data sheets that outline step-by-step instructions for demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
• Work closely with clients to support data creation, conditioning, and validation to meet specific training requirements.
• Track the progress of data creation tasks, proactively communicate status updates, and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a functional or technical role working with SAP EAM is required. Experience with SAP FSM and/or SAM is preferred.
• Familiarity with the power transmission and distribution industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communicator who can coordinate with clients and training participants to ensure a smooth and successful training process.
