Join a thriving civil construction company as a Senior Accounting Professional and play a pivotal role in our growth journey! In this dynamic position, you'll allocate equipment job costs for precise project budgeting, lead forecasting and budgeting efforts, and handle full-cycle accounting, including GL, month-end close, payroll, and financial statements. You'll prepare and submit monthly sales tax reports, foster strong relationships with our CPA firm, bank, and insurance providers, and ensure seamless, effective communication across all levels. We're looking for a seasoned, strategic thinker with strong listening skills who values team input, resilience, and professionalism. This role is in-office to start, with potential for remote flexibility over time based on performance and commitment.
