Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (ERP, Procurement, and CLM Experience)

Location: Remote - EST Hours

Duration: 6+ months




Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years in Finance, Procurement, and Legal, with a strong emphasis on work intake and contracts processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ERP platforms, preferably with legacy systems experience.




Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, policies, and procedures across Finance, Procurement, and Legal
  
• Clearly and concisely document requirements
  
• Map out workflows, document processes, and translate them into system processes
  
• Identify gaps and areas for continuous improvement
  
• Prioritize requirements and facilitate the review and approval of design documents
  
• Develop scenarios and use cases to guide supplier demonstrations reflecting process improvements
  
• Complete business requirements upon system selection
  
• Develop test cases and conduct testing for IT functionality in both implementation and maintenance environments
  
• Troubleshoot IT system issues to ensure business use cases are met
  
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and work instructions for business stakeholders
  
• Communicate with IT leaders on program changes and risks during system implementation
  

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Zoom, and Slack
  
• Knowledge of DocuSign CLM, NetSuite, and Coupa is highly preferred
  
• Experience developing process documentation and workflows
  
• Development of Test Cases and Use Cases
  
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks with competing priorities
  
• Strong collaboration skills with business and technology leaders
  
• Experience working within complex, high-visibility projects
  
• Availability for occasional regional travel, if required
