RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist in Plano, TX or Pleasanton, CA for a hybrid 2 days onsite for 6 months+ contract with possible extension.Summary:The Digital Analytics Specialist will be responsible for leveraging Adobe and Google Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across our digital platforms. This role involves analyzing website performance, user behavior, and marketing effectiveness to optimize our online presence and enhance user experience.Key Responsibilities:- Senior Digital Analytics Specialist will be responsible to lead end-to-end Adobe and Google Analytics tracking codes across digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to identify tracking needs and ensure accurate data collection
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, traffic trends, and user behavior
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- As a Senior Digital Analytics Specialist, you will conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of marketing campaigns and site changes
- Provide recommendations for improving site usability and conversion rates based on data analysis
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- Experience with iOS and Android native platforms to analyze and implement analytics tagging
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on, real-time experience in implementing tracking solutions and analytics configurations
- Proficient in using tools such as GitHub, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Veracode, and SonarQube for version control, application management, and code analysis
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Thoughtspot)
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web development is must
- Familiarity with GTM for effectively managing and deploying marketing tags across digital properties
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
